Hey dude, I was curious on how to change application icons in OSX (think I have leopard)

for some reason in the pngs and whatnot, when I try to use the Get Info-Copy paste thing, it doesn't work...

Cause I'll go to the get info area for the icon I want to use (yours being one), and the actual image isn't shown at the top, and instead there is just this box with teh file name in it.
